Our History

RBGM Medical Express Sales, Inc. belongs to the AGGCT Management and Holding Company whose subsidiaries are engaged in a broad range of industries – healthcare distribution, education, construction, food, and providing security for the entire Rail Transit in Metro Manila.

RBGM Medical Express Sales, Inc. was launched in 2000 as Merck, Inc. Philippines’ exclusive distributor of Microbiology, Hygiene, Microscopy, Food and Environment Analysis Products, Dialysis Chemistry Analyzer and Chemistry Reagents for clinical and laboratory application. In 2009, RBGM Medical started to market exclusively the ValleylabTM equipment and consumables. The company has established its relationships with the Surgeons, Medical Professionals, and Hospital Administrators, and has expanded their business to North Luzon and Eastern Visayas. With the growing demand for high quality electrosurgical products, RBGM is committed to serve key hospitals, not only in Metro Manila but across all areas in the Philippines.

In 2010, the company started distributing Puritan Bennett™ Ventilators, Autosuture™ products (Stapling, Endostapling, Ligation, Trocars, Tracker/Fixation) and Kendall™ devices and supplies (Feeding Enteral Pump & Feeding sets, Tympanic Thermometer, Underpads, Sharp Containers, Catheters, and Urine Bags). All products made in U.S.A In 2011, RBGM was offered to distribute exclusively ZOLLTM Defibrillators and accessories, and various medical equipment including Hospital Beds, Operating Room Tables, and Operating Room Lights. The company has also expanded coverage nationwide reaching all parts of the Philippines from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

In 2012, RBGM began to distribute BICAKCILARTM Disposable Products from Turkey (such as Tracheal tubes, Infusion Set, Catheters, and Drainage System) and VINCENT MEDICAL™ Products. The company has also expanded coverage reaching all parts of the Philippines from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. CS Innovations is one of the latest principal being handled by the company for various quality Rapid Tests and Laboratory Supplies from Singapore. In 2013, due to RBGM’s excellence in the field of sales and distribution services, it has been awarded the exclusive distributorship of Covidien various SUTURES (such as Polysorb, Biosyn and V-Loc Absorbable Wound Closure Device).

In 2015, RBGM exclusively distributed the LUT Laparoscopy Tower and ZOLL Impact Ventilator. Furthermore RBGM became Samsung’s Point of Care Partner for its state of the art Ultrasound machine. To complement its surgical portfolio, RBGM introduced Borer’s line of Disinfectants and Smith-Nephew’s Orthopedic Implants. In the second half of 2018, we have acquired Karl Storz Endoskope as their exclusive distributor of their full portfolio in Mindanao, and select disciplines for Luzon and Visayas. During the same year, Carl Zeiss is now our business partner in selected Government accounts for their microscopes.
